Scott Cooper has spent more than 40 years specializing in municipal and industrial dewatering applications, making him a truly knowledgeable professional in the industry. He started as an end user in the pulp and paper industry and has worked for OEM equipment manufacturers as well as several filter fabric companies. As the CEO and owner of GSM, Scott has grown the company from the ground up with his expertise in filter fabrics. Scott believes that customer service comes above all else and a quality product is non-negotiable. He is a valuable and well-rounded resource, ready to use his extensive experience to help his customers troubleshoot and optimize their unique solids processes.
Scott enjoys working with many different people in a variety of markets, from small towns to large metros, and loves the challenge of finding a solution for his specialized industrial clients.
Scott earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte.
